The Mercer Brand Opens Its Second Store in the Heart of Le Marais
The Mercer Brand has arrived in Paris. The premium fashion label, born in Amsterdam, is opening its second standalone store in the heart of Le Marais, one of the capital’s most iconic neighborhoods, where fashion, design, art, gastronomy and Parisian life come together.
And not just anywhere in Le Marais. After months of searching for the perfect location, everything finally came together at 99 Rue Vieille du Temple: the location, the space, the façade, the natural light and, above all, the character of the place.
This attention to detail can be found throughout the interior. Twelve different oils were tested to find the perfect wood tone, a mosaic featuring the Mercer logo was specially created, an antique counter was carefully sourced, and a Pepita fabric was selected to upholster the chairs. Even the store’s fragrance is part of the experience, with a signature candle created especially for the space.
The goal was not to recreate Amsterdam in Paris, but to create a new Mercer universe, blending the brand’s identity with the distinctive character and energy of Le Marais.
After months of research, choices, testing and construction, we can’t wait to finally open the doors.
