Fashion, creativity and artisanal craftsmanship: on September 26, SFI takes the runway in Milan with 10 designers and handles backstage production and coordination.

Swiss Fashion Impulse (SFI) will be a protagonist at Settembre Fashion Week Identity Milano, conceived by Laura Panigatti, President of Identity Milano, taking place on Saturday, September 26 at Maxi Collection, via Feltre 32, as part of Milano Fashion Week.
In this international setting, Swiss Fashion Impulse will not only present a selection of its designers but will also be directly involved in backstage production and operational coordination.
The SFI team will oversee the dressers’ organization, look preparation, outfit changes, and all the steps needed to manage runway appearances. Backstage coordination will be entrusted to Lucrezia Carbonero.
The collaboration with Identity Milano represents an important opportunity for exchange, growth, and the creation of new synergies within the international fashion landscape for SFI.
Swiss Fashion Impulse wishes to express its gratitude to Laura Panigatti and the entire Identity Milano team for their collaboration and the trust placed in them.
THE ASSOMODA AWARD: RECOGNIZING TALENT
During the event, the Assomoda Award will be presented, dedicated to recognizing creativity, style, and elegance in the fashion sector.
The initiative also stands out for its significant institutional and professional context, under the patronage of Regione Lombardia, Confindustria, and Assomoda, as well as the involvement of the Associazione Bambino Emopatico (ABE) di Brescia.
Swiss Fashion Impulse’s presence in this context underscores the association’s mission:

SELECTED DESIGNERS
Swiss Fashion Impulse presents 10 creative talents from Switzerland and Italy in Milan, united by an aesthetic research approach, artisanal craftsmanship, sustainability, and a strong identity.
Cintia Cristina Costa – Italy
An Italian-Brazilian stylist who combines the elegance of Italian couture with the energy of her Brazilian roots. Her collections, dedicated to a conscious and elegant woman, stand out for their embroidery, crystals, sequins, fringes, and precious details.
Elena Campus – Italy
She interprets Made in Italy through a contemporary couture approach that draws on artisans from across Italy, including weavers, ceramicists, lace-makers, and goldsmiths.
Her creations showcase natural fibers such as linen, cotton, wool, and raw silk, as well as innovative materials like cork.
For this occasion, she will use wool supplied in collaboration with Mariafrancesca Serra, National President of Coldiretti Donne.
Ella Reinhardt – Switzerland
After a thirteen-year career devoted to research on the sustainable reuse of chemical waste, she brings her technical expertise into the world of fashion.
Her method starts from the raw textile material and moves toward the pattern and its execution, giving rise to sustainable garments and one-of-a-kind pieces.
Federica Tavian Ferrighi, Coldiretti Donne – Italy
An artist and designer with an international background spanning Sweden, Spain, Mexico, and Brazil, she focuses her research on extracting natural dyes from plants and fungi.
Her work combines art, textile research, and attention to place.
In Milan, she presents two looks made with fabrics supplied by Mattia Morbidoni / Cuore di Seta, developing a reflection on the relationship between nature, material, and the fight against fast fashion.
Flavia Sbrolli – Terre di Fulvio, Coldiretti Donne – Italy
A designer and agricultural entrepreneur from Umbria, founder of the RUBERlab brand and the Terre di Fulvio farm.
She experiments with the integration of fashion and sustainable agriculture through a zero-kilometer dye garden dedicated to growing medicinal and tinctorial plants for natural yarn coloring.
She presents a look created in synergy with Mattia Morbidoni’s Cuore di Seta.
Frange Couture – Italy
A brand born from the meeting of Francesca Cellini and Angela Gandolfi, professionals with experience in the Bridal and Luxury sectors.
Under the motto “Made with vision, worn with purpose,” the brand blends Italian couture tradition with contemporary research, creating artisanal pieces with a strong identity.
Gemini Lab – Sara and Lisa Minnone – Italy
An artisanal workshop from Puglia specializing in knitwear and embroidery.
Silk, Lurex, sequins, and artisanal techniques are transformed into luminous, dynamic surfaces.
The creations celebrate the value of handmade work, combining quality, customization, and contemporary research.
Ilaria Pittaluga – Switzerland
A Fashion & Textile Designer focused on material experimentation and garment design.
She presents the collection “Miraggi Reali” (“Real Mirages”), made up of three looks, exploring the phenomenon of mist and its dissolution at dawn through suspended volumes, nuno-felting, draping, and prints, in a dialogue between nature, light, and perception.
Atelier Jeliel – Marisa Scalambra – Switzerland
She represents the excellence and creativity of Swiss design within the SFI collective.
